We engaged Lisa to sell our home that was currently rented out and the tenant was very delicate. She did a wonderful job of managing a very tricky tenant to ensure the best outcome for us while keeping the tenant happy. She has great communication skills and provided us with regular updates about interested parties as well as sending us all the information we needed to be confident we were selling at the right price. We were overseas when our house went to auction and Lisa organized all the appropriate paperwork. She ensured we were able to live stream the auction and be on the phone to negotiate. We sold at auction and were very happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend Lisa, she is not only a genuine and lovely person she is great at what she does. She isn't what I would call a typical real estate agent that is brash and pushy just trying to make a sale. She really works to get you the best result and is very calm, and down-to-earth.
